Pyramid Devices or Apps
No Logs Service
The servers provided for use with any Pyramid device or app operate under the jurisdiction of Panama, allowing the guarantee of a no-logs policy. Your activity whilst connected to our servers is never recorded, monitored, recorded, logged, stored or shared. Nor is there any time stamps, session information, bandwidth, traffic or IP addresses logged.
From the moment a Pyramid users turns on privacy on a Pyramid app or device, their internet data becomes encrypted. This data or traffic is no longer visible to any internet provider, third-party or person snooping on the network. In addition, our strict no logs policy – backed by a Panama-based infrastructure – ensures that user activity is not required to be recorded or retained with the full ability to deny any third party requests.
Service Performance Data
There is an algorithm used by Pyramid to select the best server based on the location you choose – this algorithm uses an API which tracks server performance – including distance, speed and location – in order to recommend the most suitable server.
Pyramid Website (PyramidWiFi.com)
In order to operate our website to the best of our ability, the PyramidWiFi.com website collects limited personal information and site performance data. If you do not agree to this, we are unable to provide our services.

Customer Data, Payment and Shipping Information
When placing an order, your email, payment and shipping information is collected by us and securely stored by our payment merchant Stripe. The terms for which are viewable at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
This information is used exclusively for handling billing and delivery of your product and is never shared with any third-parties.
What we do keep
As explained above, we don’t keep logs. Here is the information we do keep:
- User email address – to provide support and allow you to activate or access your Pyramid device or related apps
– In order to process renewals or refunds, payment information and shipping information is securely stored with our payment merchant Stripe. Terms can be viewed at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
- When you email or message us for support using our helpdesk (powered by Zenmate), Twitter, Facebook or email (powered by Zoho), a record of these messages may be retained unless deleted upon request.
Pyramid’s websites and services may use “cookies.” Cookies enable you personalise your experience on our sites, tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, help us measure the effectiveness of ads and web searches and help us improve communication.
