Returns

Our returns policy is simple. Love the product, or send it back for a full refund.

We offer a 30-day trial on any of our Pyramid device bundles, which means have 30 days to try it out and find out it’s a fit for you.

If you discover that Pyramid doesn’t fit with your needs at any point within the first 30 days, return it for a full refund (we even pay UK postage).


This returns process covers orders purchased from our website, PyramidWiFi.com. If you purchased from a third-party marketplace such as Amazon, please return via the marketplace you bought it from.

How to return:

You will be refunded the full product cost. A postage-paid returns label will be provided for all UK orders. We cannot refund postage if you choose to buy your own label – we recommend using the one we provide.


Conditions: 

  • For UK orders, a postage-paid returns shipping label via EvRI (formerly Hermes) can be provided. For other countries – including USA or EU, please request a return and we’ll provide the information for returns which will be specific to your country.

  • For 30 day returns, products must be returned in the original packaging in an undamaged condition to be eligible for a full refund. If this does not happen, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.

  • Products are no longer eligible for a 100% postage-paid return and refund after 30 days. Exceptions apply so please reach out to us at help@pyramidwifi.com so our team can advise

  • Refunds are processed once we receive it back (typically within 2 or 3 days of posting). Refunds are typically processed the same business day we receive the item back once the goods have been inspected. Please allow 3 – 5 days for funds to show on your bank statement.
