Shipping & Returns Policy
When you order Pyramid, you will receive a shipping estimate on the product page. If in stock when you order, we aim to dispatch same-day for all orders made before 1pm.
Our orders are shipped from the UK and usually arrive within a couple of days.
As soon as it’s collected by one of our couriers, you’ll receive an email to let you know it’s on the way and when to expend it to land on your doorstep.

Returns and Refunds
Break-ups can be hard, but luckily our returns process is a piece of cake

- Please contact our support team at [email protected] to start your return
- Please make sure the product is sufficiently protected and shipped in the original packaging.
- Unless faulty, buyer pays postage. If returning items by post, please retain your proof of posting – a signature option is recommended.
- Proof of purchase may be required
- We aim to process refunds to your original payment method within 14 calendar days
- The 30 days begin when you receive the product and applies to the Pyramid product, annual plan and lifetime plan options.
- For monthly plan renewals, we do not offer partial refunds but you can cancel your subscription to stop it renewing.
- If you return after the 30 day period outlined above, we may not offer a full refund and can instead offer to return the product to you.
1 Year Limited Warranty
Pyramid’s warranty obligations are limited to the following terms:
Pyramid warrants Pyramid-branded products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the original end-user (purchaser). Pyramid does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Pyramid will either repair the product at no charge
- Exchange the product with a new or refurbished model but may not have retail packaging
- Alternatively, should this not be possible a refund will be issued.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by use with non-Pyramid products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Pyramid; (d) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Pyramid (e) to a product or part that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Pyramid; (f) if the plastic casing has been removed.
This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
